Michael Rochlitz: Russia Towards a War Economy

On 25 April 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting Dr Michael Rochlitz, Associate Professor in the Economies of Russia, Eastern Europe, and Eurasia at the Oxford School of Global and Area Studies.
